Your clients' photos deserve better than a shared drive link.

The Viewing Room gives every client their own private gallery to sign into, browse, and download from — no messy shared folders, no links that expire, no client digging through someone else's photos to find their own. We're in testing right now, gathering feedback from real creators to make it better before it becomes a paid product.

Built for the work you actually deliver

Photos, video, full-res RAW files, whatever you shoot — organized into private galleries per client, browsable and downloadable from any device, no app to install.

They download, you don't lift a finger

One file, a whole gallery, or just their favorites — clients grab exactly what they need themselves, and can heart their favorites or leave you a note on any photo. No more emailing giant zip files or babysitting a transfer link that's about to expire.

Sell prints, packages, or the whole gallery

Turn any folder into a paid gallery — price per image or offer the whole folder at once, run coupon codes, and get paid straight to your own account. Entirely optional; plenty of creators just deliver work for free.

It looks like your studio, not ours

Add your own logo, your studio name, and pick a color theme — your clients see your brand from the moment they sign in, on their gallery and in every email they get. We stay out of the way, with just a small credit in the footer.

Right now, it's free.

We're in testing and collecting feedback from working creators — every account gets 10GB free as part of the beta. A flat monthly plan is coming once we're out of testing; nothing changes on your existing account when that happens without fair warning.

Beta

Put it on your phone

Your galleries on your home screen, so you're not hunting for a link every time.

Android

Download the app
  1. Open the downloaded file from your notifications or Downloads folder.
  2. If Android warns about "unknown sources," allow it for this install — that's expected for a direct download.
  3. Tap Install, then sign in the same way you would on the website.

Downloads a whole album in one go and unpacks it straight into your photos, so everything lands in your gallery with the rest of your pictures.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open this site in Safari (it has to be Safari, not Chrome).
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow out of the top.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

You'll get an icon that opens full screen with no browser bar, and it's always up to date. Apple doesn't allow apps to be installed directly the way Android does, so this is the closest equivalent — and it's the reason downloads behave differently: they're saved to your Files app rather than your photos, and a whole album arrives as a zip you tap once in Files to open.

Questions

Is this actually free, or is there a catch?

It's genuinely free right now — we're in testing and want real feedback from working creators, not your card number. 10GB of storage, no time limit on the beta itself. A paid plan is coming once we're out of testing, but nothing changes on your account without fair warning first.

Do I need to be technical to set this up?

No setup at all on your end — sign up, sign in, and you're managing clients and uploading galleries from a normal website. Nothing to install, no server to run yourself.

Is my clients' data private?

Yes. Each client only ever sees their own galleries, and as an admin, you only ever see your own clients — never anyone else's on the same platform. Nothing here is indexed publicly or shared to a cloud service beyond what you explicitly upload.

Can I charge my clients for downloads?

If you want to — it's entirely optional. Connect your own Stripe account, set a price per file on any gallery, and get paid directly. Plenty of creators just use this to deliver work for free instead, which works exactly the same way.

What happens when the beta ends?

We'll give you plenty of notice before anything about your account changes. The goal is a fair, simple monthly plan — not a surprise bill.

What if 10GB isn't enough?

Reach out through the sign-in page once you're set up, or check back — more storage tiers are coming as we move past the beta.

Is there a mobile app?

There's a native Android app — a direct download for now, not on the Play Store yet (get it here). iOS isn't supported yet; iPhone/iPad users can sign in through the website in their browser in the meantime.
